Chrome setup

Install and activate Copy to Figma.

CopyFig is a Chrome extension that copies real website UI into Figma. Install it from Chrome, buy a license on copyfig.com, then paste the Polar key to activate this browser.

  1. Install from the Chrome Web Store

    Add Copy to Figma to Chrome from its Web Store listing. Chrome will open the activation page after install.

  2. Get your CopyFig license

    Buy CopyFig on copyfig.com. Polar sends the license key to the email address you use at checkout.

  3. Paste the key

    Open the Copy to Figma options page, paste the Polar license key, and click Activate.

  4. Pin the extension

    Open Chrome's extensions menu and pin Copy to Figma so the capture icon stays visible.

  5. Capture and paste

    Click the extension on any website, capture the page or a selected element, then paste directly into Figma.

Important

No manual folder setup is required for the Chrome Web Store version. If you previously loaded an early access build manually, remove the unpacked extension from Chrome and use the Web Store version instead.
